If Google Analytics is enabled, it runs only after consent. We use it to understand page performance, acquisition, and content usefulness, not to inspect private video files.
Checkout is intended to be handled by Stripe. Stripe may process payment details, tax data, receipts, fraud checks, and license-related transaction information under its own policies.
If you contact support, we may receive your email address, message, device details you choose to share, and diagnostic descriptions. Do not send private videos unless you explicitly decide to.
The app may create repair logs, previews, and working files on your Mac so you can inspect results. These files remain on your computer unless you move or share them.
You can decline analytics, delete local app job folders, avoid sharing samples, and request deletion of support emails or purchase records where legally possible.
